This hopper brick making machine is equipped with an automatic feeding hopper design. Combined with a conveyor, it achieves automatic raw material delivery, eliminating the need for manual feeding. Only 2-3 people are required to operate a single unit, significantly reducing labor costs. The equipment adopts four-synchronous vibration molding technology, with the pressure head and mold box vibrating synchronously, resulting in high brick density and a short molding cycle, completing one brick-making process in 35-40 seconds.

The equipment is highly adaptable, capable of converting various raw materials such as cement, fly ash, construction waste, and slag into different brick shapes such as hollow bricks, standard bricks, and kerbstones. Changing the mold allows for quick switching of production, truly achieving multi-purpose functionality.
