Working principle:
Motor transmits power to the reducer. Driven by the reducer, the torque is transmitted to the upper horizontal axis through the large vertical shaft, and then transmitted to the grinding wheel through the tie rods installed at both ends of the horizontal axis, so that the grinding wheel generates driving force and rotates counterclockwise along the horizontal direction of the horizontal axis; when working, the grinding wheel can revolve around the large vertical shaft and rotate around the middle axis of the grinding wheel, while the grinding plate is fixed. The added ore material is subjected to the extrusion force brought by the weight of the grinding wheel itself and the huge friction force generated by the grinding wheel and the grinding plate when the grinding wheel revolves and rotates. After repeated extrusion, kneading and grinding, it is completely crushed. While crushing and kneading the minerals, the grinding wheel also has the function of mixing and stirring the pulp, fully mixes the materials and water evenly, so thatvarious grinding indicators ore pulp concentration are stable; the monomer dissociated mineral fine particles after grinding and crushing are brought to upper layer of liquid surface in the mixed ore pulp, and overflow and discharge through the overflow discharge port set on the water basin.
