Apatite Ore Ceramic Ball Mill Machine Refractory Ball Mill Grinding
Working principle:
The material enters the cylinder through the feed port of the TONTEN machinery ball mill and mixes with the grinding media.
The motor drives the cylinder to rotate at 70%-90% of the critical speed (to avoid the centrifugal effect causing the medium to stick to the wall). The medium is lifted to a certain height and then falls freely to hit the material. The rolling of the medium generates shear force and refines the particles. Qualified fine powder is discharged through the discharge port, and the coarse particles continue to be ground (the fine material is washed away by water flow in wet mode). The ball mill uses the rotation of the cylinder to make the grinding balls move toward the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force, and the material is crushed under the impact and friction of the grinding balls. After the material enters the cylinder from the feed port, it is mixed with the grinding balls, and is gradually ground into the required fineness during the rotation process, and finally discharged from the discharge port.
Ball mill composition:
1. Cylinder: The main part of the abrasive that is ground in the cylinder, usually made of steel. , cylindrical or conical, lined with wear-resistant material.
2. Grinding balls: Grinding balls are used as grinding media, usually made of steel, aluminum, steel balls, ceramic balls or rods, with a diameter of 10-150mm, and filled according to the grade.
3. Feed inlet and discharge inlet: They are used for the inlet and outlet of materials respectively, and are reasonably designed to improve work efficiency.
4. Support device: The main bearing (sliding or rolling bearing) supports the weight of the cylinder.
5. Transmission device: Including motors, reducers and gears, etc., responsible for driving the cylinder to rotate.
