Product Description:
Double shaft shredder, also known as shear shredder, is composed of national standard pure copper motor, aggravated speed reducer, thickened knife shaft, shredding blade set, carrying box and other main structures, is a kind of coarse shredder, through shearing, tearing and extrusion to achieve the reduction of material size, used to deal with raw materials or Leftover material.The equipment adopts PLC automatic control system, with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control function, with low rotational speed, high torque, low noise and other characteristics.
Working Principle:
1. Double Shaft shredder uses the principle of shearing, tearing and squeezing between two relatively rotating cutters to crush materials.
2. The transmission mode of double motor+double reducer is adopted, with strong power and high operation stability.
3. Under normal circumstances, the two sets of cutters rotate relatively. When the main shaft is wrapped too much, it should be properly reversed, so that the fixed cutter can continue to rotate forward after scraping off the winding and improve the crushing efficiency.
