Product introduce:
The metal crusher is scrap aluminum and scrap steel crushing equipment, including a feeding conveyor structure, a crusher structure, a discharging conveyor structure, a magnetic separator structure, and a recycling machine structure set in sequence. The scrap steel and scrap iron crusher structure includes a material press. The flat chuck, breaker hammer structure and the counterattack lining structure inside the equipment are combined to form a complete equipment production process to improve the material processing efficiency and provide the sorting effect of various metals and impurities such as scrap steel and scrap aluminum.
Scrap metal production line process flow:
The scrap metal is extruded, sheared, and shredded into uniformly sized pieces by the two rows of counter-rotating cutter shafts of the metal shredder. The scrap metal is then fed into the metal crusher through a conveyor belt, and is hit by the high-speed rotation of the hammer head in the crushing chamber,the paint,plastic and other impurities on the surface of the scrap steel fall off and are broken into granular shapes. After being transported from the discharge port,the impurities and scrap steel broken materials are sorted out by the magnetic separator. What comes out of the conveyor is pure broken material.
