Product description:
TONTEN lithium battery crushing,recycling and sorting production line uses physical crushing,airflow sorting and vibration screening methods to separate positive and negative electrode materials and valuable metals based on the material characteristics of lithium-ion batteries and actual processes. Finally, materials such as positive and negative electrode materials (positive and negative electrode mixed powder), copper, aluminum, separator plastic, and nickel strips are obtained.

 

Lithium battery separation and recycling production line configuration:
1. Crusher: primary crushing of lithium batteries
2. Hammer crusher: crush the lithium battery again after initial crushing
3. Magnetic separator: separate the steel shell from the mixture
4. Collector: collect the diaphragm paper through the induced draft fan
5. Air flow separator: Screen and separate diaphragm paper and positive and negative electrode powders. The above physical and mechanical methods are used to process waste lithium batteries and lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials so that the disposable metal resources of waste lithium batteries can be recycled.
