Production process of plastic granules:

2. Plastic melting: Plastic granules after plastic crushing need to be melted to make them plastic. the plastic granules are sent to the melting chamber of the plastic granulator, and the melting chamber is usually equipped with a heating screw, which is used to heat the plastic granules to a molten state. Under the action of the heating screw,plastic granules are heated and gradually melted to form molten plastic,

3. Filtration: After the plastic is melted, the molten plastic needs to be filtered to remove impurities and insolubles. Plastic granulators are usually equipped with filtering devices, such as filter screens or filter plates, which can effectively filter out impurities, residues and other impurities in the molten plastic,filtered molten plastic material is purer, which can further ensure the quality of the product.

4. Extrusion: The filtered molten plastic can enter the extruder for molding. In the extruder, the molten plastic is compressed, heated and extruded through the die by the action of the extrusion screw. The shape of die determines the shape of the molded plastic product. Through the die,molten plastic material is extruded to form continuous plastic particles or plastic products, can be cut into particles of the required length by shearing device.
