Waste tire recycling process:
1. Waste tires are transported to the tire cutting equipment through the feed conveyor, cut, and separate the metal, and then enter the tire decomposition machine to separate the parts, completing the pretreatment stage.
2. The pretreated tires enter the coarse crusher for initial crushing, and the crushed products are further refined by the fine crusher to obtain materials with smaller particle size.
3. The crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen, and those that meet the particle size requirements enter the subsequent separation link, and those that do not meet the requirements return to the corresponding crusher for further crushing; in the separation link, the metal steel wire and fiber are separated by the magnetic separation device, and then other impurities are separated by the wind separation equipment to achieve the initial purification of useful components such as rubber.
