Plastic recycling production line description:
The waste plastic bottle recycling washing machine production line is mainly used to recycle waste PET bottles, mainly including screening machine, conveyor belt, unpacking machine, label removal machine, sorting system, crushing, floating washing tank, hot washing tank, friction washing, dehydration and hot air drying system, label separator, using the above machines and processes can easily remove labels, bottle caps, rings, glue, mud, dirt and other impurities, and finally produce clean PET flakes. Waste hard PET raw materials are crushed, washed, dried, collected, etc., and become clean flakes for further granulation or processing production. TONTEN Machinery can customize the plastic bottle recycling line according to different customer needs.

Among them, the label remover is used to remove labels from bottles and separate labels from bottles, with a label removal efficiency > 98%, more labels can be removed before crushing, cleaning, recycling, and the blade is fixed by screws on the rotor, easy to adjust and replace, and easy to maintain.
5. Drum screen track and gear are made of one-piece steel, forged steel with high strength and heat treatment, and the high platform is equipped with a dirt collection trough to place large bags under the rotating screen
