Introduction:
The miscellaneous wire copper wire machine is specially used to process various cables such as automotive cables, communication cables, and various miscellaneous wire cables that are not suitable for processing by wire stripping machines. After crushing, it is separated by vibrating screen, vibrating, and washing. It can completely separate copper and plastic, and achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization, with high economic benefits. There is no dust and no secondary pollution. In addition, the equipment is an integral combined structure, which is easy to install and debug, and it is also convenient to transport. After the customer purchases it, it can be put into production by connecting the power supply, and the performance is stable.
Workflow:
1. Cutting and stripping: If the cable is long, it needs to be cut short using a double-shaft shredder and the outer plastic insulation layer stripped off.
2. Feeding system: The prepared cable is placed into the feed port of the copper rice machine, usually by conveyor belt or gravity feeding.
3. Crusher: The scrap cable is cut into small particles in the crusher, usually crushing the copper wire with the plastic insulation layer.
4. Wind separation system: The crushed mixture passes through the wind separation system, using the difference in airflow to separate the light plastic from the heavy copper.
5. Vibrating screen: Use a vibrating screen to further separate the incompletely separated materials to ensure the thorough separation of copper and plastic.
