Overview of construction waste crushing line:
The construction waste crushing and recycling production line is a complete set of equipment system that converts construction waste (such as concrete blocks, bricks, steel bars, glass, wood, stone, rubble, etc.) into recycled aggregates, metals and other recyclable resources through crushing, screening, sorting and other processes.Construction waste concrete crushing and recycling line is suitable for long-term stable operation with low investment cost,The crushing and screening equipment is fully enclosed, and the feed port is sealed with a rubber curtain. A vibration damping spring is installed on the base of the equipment to reduce vibration noise.
Process flow:
1. Pretreatment stage: The raw materials (construction waste) are fed into the vibrating feeder by the loader, and large metal impurities are removed by the iron remover.
The feeder screen removes fine materials (<5mm) such as soil and dust to reduce subsequent equipment wear.
2. Crushing stage: Coarse crushing: Large pieces of material (such as concrete blocks) enter the jaw crusher and are crushed to 50-150mm.
Medium crushing: The coarse crushing product is sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher for further crushing to 20-50mm.
Fine crushing (optional): When regenerated sand needs to be produced, the material enters the impact crusher and is crushed to 0-5mm.
3. Screening stage: The crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen via a belt conveyor and classified by particle size
4. Sorting stage: The screened materials are first deironed by a deironing device, and then separated from light materials (such as plastics and paper) by a wind separator. The remaining materials are sorted by a manual sorting platform to remove residual impurities to ensure the purity of the recycled aggregate.
5. Finished product processing stage: Qualified recycled aggregates (such as crushed stone and sand) are transported to the finished product stacking area by a belt conveyor and stored according to specifications. Metal impurities (rebars, wires) are collected and sold to recycling companies,The light materials of crushed and recycled construction waste can be used for centralized processing or power generation.
