Main structural components of a well ring brick machine:

Mold System:
Upper Mold (Pressure Head): Usually connected to the vibrator, used to compact concrete and shape the upper surface and inner wall of the product.

Lower Mold (Mold Box): Fixed on the forming station of the well ring brick machine, determining the shape, diameter, and height of the product. Material Feeding and Placing System:
Storage Hopper: Stores pre-mixed dry-hard concrete mixture.

Placing Trolley/Placing Device: Evenly and quickly spreads the material within the well ring brick machine mold, crucial for ensuring uniform product density.

High-Frequency Vibrator: Installed on the pressure head or mold box. During operation, it generates high-frequency, low-amplitude directional vibration, allowing concrete particles to flow fully, arrange tightly, expel air, and achieve initial compaction.

Hydraulic pressurization device: While vibrating, a hydraulic cylinder drives the upper mold to apply continuous and stable high pressure (adjustable, typically 1-3 MPa) to the concrete, achieving the final high-density molding. This is the origin of the name "brick machine," and its principle is similar to the "combination of pressure and vibration" in brick-making machines.

Electrical control system: The core is a PLC and a human-machine interface (touch screen). The operator can set parameters such as formula, molding cycle, and pressure on the screen. The control system automatically completes the entire cycle from material placement, vibration, pressurization, demolding to brick output, realizing automated production of the well ring machine.
